please a insert disk into a removable disk

i was trying to fix my newly bought 8gb usb using computer management, by changing the drive letter, but my usb still doesnt work, so i tried to fix it with cmd.
i typed in diskpart => list disk
and my usb's status says "no media" so i typed in select disk 1 => list partition
then it says "there is no partitions on this disk to show."
so i tried to create a primary partition, but it says
"no usable free extent to be found."

anyone has a solution?

i plugged it into a public computer, downloaded some big files, then i safely removed it and got home, plugged it into my laptop then it says:
"please a insert disk into a removable disk"
it seems to be a virus that deletes a partition, it also happened to my 3 yrs old 4gb kingston usb, no idea how to retrieve it.
