Best monitor for gaming <£130?

Looking for a nice monitor for my new gaming PC that I won't see any ghosting on.

Things it needs:

  1920x1080
  21-24 inch
  Good response time
  LED backlighting
  A decent colour range(I'm not doing professional photography work or anything)

Things it doesn't need:

• 
  IPS
  A stand that can rotate around the Earth and still be strong
  A wide viewing angle
  120Hz
  0.000001ms response time

Can all your suggestions be links to UK websites please? Quite often monitors are available in the US but not the UK

Well, I dont know if its what your looking for. But obviously I can only put stock in what I would buy for myself (and am buying for myself in this case).
