Would like confirmation on components

Hi, I would just like last minute confirmation before i go ahead and buy my components later in the afternoon.
Mobo + CPU: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 + 15-3570k
PSU: Corsair 650W
RAM: Corsair vengence 8gb 1600mhz
Case: Sharkoon T28
GPU: Saphire 7950 3Gb OC
CPU cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo
SSD: Intel/Samsung 120gb. (Either one)
Would just like to confirm that all parts are compatible and will fit into the case. Wouldn't want a last minute shock after buying all the components.
I would also like to overclock my CPU. Is my power supply good enough to support it?
I would also like to know what the sapphire GPU means when it says it is OC-ed.
Does it mean that i can overclock it further or has it already been overclocked and i shldnt touch it anymore?

It'll all fit. The PSU is enough. And OC on the GPU means it's factory overclocked -- core + memory speeds are higher than stock.
