PC lag when a fullscreen game is open??

I am running a multi-monitor setup, and whenever i have a game open the rest of my computer lags, such as a video or a webpage just lags the frame-rate goes down to about 1fps, even when the game i am playing isn't at all taxing on my graphics card this makes it very hard to watch youtube videos while playing games
which i tend to do alot

hmm gd spec...one thing i can think of is bottleneck...is your computer overclocked?

yah cpu @4 ghz

double check if your system is stable. run prime 95 test and other test to see if it is stable. or default back to default settings and see if the lag continues

yah its defrenitely stable, its an easy for my processor + motherboard combo and i did run a prime95 test and i didnt have this problem a while ago

if its unstable than its not my overclock because i didnt have this problem,something happened and now i have this problem

set it back to default and play the game

then it is a bottleneck between your cpu and gpu
