Radeon 7870 taihti le performance?

I'm building a new pc and at the moment i'm waiting for the money to buy a 7950 however on aria this came up:

I have the money to buy one of these today and according to their graph its on par with a stock 7950 I was planning on going crossfire down the road a bit but I wanted to know people's experience with these cards from my perspective right now it seems to be almost the same performance for almost £80 less which to me is pretty great so any advice for me at this point? Should i pull the trigger on this or will my patience reward me?

I will most likely be single screen playing at 1080P higher res monitors are too expensive and multiple screens don't really appeal to me

it is a really nice card tbh, the biggest problem with the card is that its actually quite hard to actually find in stock anywhere.
i believe its the absolute king currently price vs preformance.
The 7950 is the better card but the 7870 xt/myst cards seem to be a very good option and if you don't do multi monitors and eyefinity it could be the perfect card for you
