Webcam in non-Webcam bearing Laptop?

Hello all again at TH!
I know this is a lame question, but it's just been on my mind to ask this for a while.
I have a Dell Latitude E5400. One version of my laptop has a webcam, mine doesn't. Can I install the webcam module from that one into mine?

The only way to know is to take them both apart.
Does the non-cam version have the internal wiring? Motherboard connections?

Can you? With some heavy mods, probably. Is it worth the hassle? Hell no.
