Are the FX-4300/4350 or FX-6300/6350 not available? If these are available, 6300>4300. Pick the one best in you budget.

From the ones you have listed, the FX-6100 is the better processor of the two if at the same price point.

Well you need to see the advantages between the 2 processor mate.

Comparable overall performance,
Features SSE4.1 / SSE4.2 / AVX / FMA4 / XOP instructions,
More energy efficient <<< for FX 6100

Identical overall performance,
Somewhat faster in single- and multi-threaded programs < For Phenom .
I would take phenom instead of FX 6100

A normal i3 and i5 processor is also good for mid gaming. If you want extreme gaming processor i would suggest the i7-3770.
normal i3 processor would be i3-3229 Y or 3130M , i5 would be 3380M or 3350M for you.
Good luck :)

6670 will not be a good choice at least get a hd 7750 it can be found for 6500Rs
and u dont need a cx500 for 6670 get a 400 watts psu and invest in a better gpu i.e., hd 7750 u will be happy with the decision
and if u r so sure for amd than fx 6100
but it is below i3-3220 in cpu hierarchy

Hi soumyajit,

if you need the best budget config then you can also go the A10-5800K route. It is retailing online for 8600 so a local shop may offer one to you for as low as 8000. pair that with a 6670 DDR5 running AMD dual graphics and you will be able to game at better resolutions or settings than your current choice.

Since you do not mention them, I assume you have a HDD, monitor and keyboard/mouse so below is a build for your consideration:
http://postimg.org/image/4onwny2ep/
Since it has shipping and other charges included, assume that the same build will be 4-6% cheaper from your local shops.

A pointer> all "M" series core i cpu's are mobile processors and you can't do a desktop build around them.

Good luck
-Satyam

the psu will be fine there is also corsair cx430 around same price as it has a better service than seasonic in india
but again the graphic card uses only 5 watts at idle and 45 watts is its max power consumption

Well you've probably been misinformed. FM2 socket is for APUs alone and AM3+ is for regular cpu. They are completely different socket designs and their respective cpu are not cross compatible.

AMD is discontinuing support for AM3 and FM1 sockets. AM3+ and FM2 will continue for at least one more generation. Steamroller is being planned on AM3+ while the Kaveri and Richland APUs will be on FM2 or still support it. You will still have an upgrade path.

if you can let go of the AMD only config, this is the config that you can go for (i am in the process of ordering one)

CPU Intel i3 3220
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H or GA-H61M-D2H (no USB 3.0)
Memory Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600 or G.Skill
Storage WD Blue or Black 1TB
Video Card Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 TI 1 GB GDDR5
Case NZXT Gamma
Power Supply Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts PSU
or Antec VP450P
Optical storage Samsung or Asus

you can check the prices online. at Mumbai everything is shut in protest of LBT (Local Body Tax)

PS - i too started with an AMD only config and was leaning towards the APU platform but a change of heart ;)

Do not buy MSI products, they shut shop in India!

Well it would be a good budget build and its good enough. If you want more extreme the price would not be the same.
