Hello everyone. I've got a Lian-Li PC-V1000 case that I bought years ago when I put together my computer. When I got the case it was with the intention of reusing it in the future. Now as my PC is going on 7-8 years old, I'm wondering will the new motherboards fit in the old case?

I'm thinking it's getting time for an upgrade and I'm wondering what my options are. It's been a great machine, it just feels like it's getting past it's prime. I believe the old motherboard is an ASUS A8N-SLI. What would a more modern equivalent be?

Thanks.

It'll fit a standard ATX motherboard. I don't really know an equivalent for the Asus A8N-SLI. But if you change your motherboard to a more modern one, you'll also have to change your RAM and CPU.
