Best possible GPU under 250$ for this build

I am building my first gaming PC and having problem choosing the right GPU for the following build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/W06B

My budget is 250$.

Also, how is my build? I will be playing games and doing light video editing.

Aim for a 7870XT, or a 660ti if you can find one on sale that low.

They perform about the same. The 660ti has a slight edge on it, but if you cant find one under $250 just go for the 7870XT

Make sure the 7870 is the XT edition.

Honestly though, between those 2 cards here is how I would decide how to pick:

Do you care about phys X?
If yes, go 660ti

If no, Are you going to overclock?
If yes, go 7870XT
If no, go 660ti

First of all, thanks for the response. So without overclocking, 660ti beats the 7870XT? I don't want to OC since it reduces the life span of things, I want to use the GPU as long as I can.

Yeah stock vs stock the 660ti is faster by around 5-10%
