gtx 670 vs radeon 7970

I have 20 hours to make this decision

Right now, I can get a MSI GTX 670 with arctic accelero twin turbo 2 for 250"used"
It's the PM2D2GD5/OC

and I'm debating if I should skip the deal and look for a hd 7970 for about 300 or 350 and if so, what brand etc etc should i get?

I'm on a really tight budget

If you want longer run then choose HD7970, surely it beats GTX 670..
About brand, Sapphire, XFX, HIS are good brand.

So, right now, Sapphire's sitting pretty at the top, any differences among them, what do you think is a good price to get it for, used OR new

I'm on a really tight leash right now and I'm trying to keep my costs down to around a grand
