You can go for the HD 7850 . It is good enough to play lots of games. Even stays at 60 fps in high setting in battlefield 3.

budget is very low for gaming the least i would recommend would be a hd 7750 worth 6500Rs any thing lower than that will struggle

Get 6670 ddr3 for 4.5k. Its the best graphics card under 5k.
