plz help me,any time i plug mi laptop in de light de mouse wil nt be working well,but if i remove de light nd use de battery de mouse wil start working properly,this started when i changed mi power pack cuz de follow cum power pac spoil.plz i need advise

First try this, remove your battery & without connecting your power adepter to switch press your power button of laptop for 30-40 second than insert your battery again & check.
If problem remains as it is than :
Check this issue on your friends home like outside not in your home.
Use your friends adapter if they have same as you have, may be your adapter have a problem.
