Read .NBF backup formate. PLEASE HELP!

Hi Guys !!!
I had Nokia 2690 which create backup file with extension .NBF . Now my mobile is lost but I have a copy of my backup file on my desktop . . .
Can anybody help me out here and guide me how to read .NBF file formate and transfer it to other mobile set. Please help me out as i've some important messages and contacts in it.
I'd be thankful for this help.

you can try this :

"Rename the .nbf to .zip
Unpack it and away you go. It provided my contacts as v-cards.
I went into the unpacked folder to:
backup000/predefhiddenfolder/backup/WIP/32/contacts
And all my v-cards were waiting.
Selected them all and opened"
