NEW TO PC RECOMMENDED GAMING PC's??? MEDI BUDGET

Okay, im new to PC and know not so much about all the technical things but im wondering is there any recommendations on gaming pc's within a budget(Im 17 not a-lot of cash) but a few hundred say 400?, that could run games such as BF3, Skyrim, WoW, GuildWars2 & Starcraft on Ultra/High Settings?
If so could you leave some info

Must games include:
1. Call of Duty 4 : MOdern Warfare (Preferably Promod)
2. Assassins Creed Series
3. Quake Live
4. Fifa Series..

You cant get computer that can run BF3 ultra for 400 bucks.

But I say you need AMDs APU for games you listed with numbers (A8/A10), 4Gb ram, supporting am3 mobo, cx430 PSU, 500Gb HDD, case with fans and CD thing.

Dont know huw much should this cost but it should be around 400$/€/poundy thing thats not on my keyboard
If you plan to upgrade in future get Intel i3 and asus P8b75 mobo and everything else the same.
Or wait till second of june when new line of Intel CPUs get in stores. Haswells should be 10% better for the same price but need dif mobo.

That build down here is for non OC; if you want OCing get i5 3570K and z77 mobo but its more expensive.

I dont have any links beacuse Im from Slovenia and we have € and are kinda far away from UK.
Still dont forget to wait for 2nd june.

So are we talking about dollars or pounds? 700 USD can get you a pretty decent computer if you build it yourself.
