Oh sorry for putting them backwards, btw I dont have the cpu yet. Can you recommend a cpu that goes with my gpu? (Either socket 775 or 1155). Thanks

that would be 5,1200 (correct me if I am wrong). What parts do you need? I presume you have a case, storage, optical drive and a power supply. I therefore only included three pars, cpu, motherboard and ram.

Going with a S1155 is better as it will last longer and it's worth the price. Once you have more I would take the possibility to upgrade to a i5.

Mobo: ASrock - ₱1,850.00 (Asrock is good manufacture)
Cpu: Pentium G2010 - ₱2,250.00
ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 4GB 1600 CL9 - ₱1,350.00

I don't have the core i3 yet and as what you've told me my gpu will bottleneck the CPU so I'm asking some recommendation. My current CPU is Intel® Pentium® Processor E2140 it's very low,i think. That's why i need a new CPU that goes with my GPU that won't bottleneck.

If you buy a sub-par CPU, you're going to have to upgrade it a lot sooner.

You need to buy AT LEAST an i3 3220. Those are great processors. IDK why your changing your mind on that. The 3220 costs 113$USD on pcpartpicker.com. And with this processor you get 2 cores plug Hyperthreading. So it's like having a Quad core CPU. Really good for gaming.

DO NOT downgrade to a Pentium dual core. You need four cores for the majority of what you do on a CPU. Don't downgrade your CPU because you have a bad graphics card. The i3 will only make your card perform BETTER not worse. Even though your graphics card is bottlenecking your CPU, it doesn't mean you should downgrade your CPU just so it won't bottleneck it. I don't think your understanding what "bottlenecking" really means. If one part is bottlenecking the other, then you replace that part. You don't downgrade the other, as that will only hurt performance even more.

It seems to me that you want to downgrade from the i3 to get something that won't make your graphics card be the bottleneck. This is a bad way of thinking because when you try to replace the part that isn't doing the bottlenecking, your performance will only become worse. By having the i3 it'll make you graphics card perform better. Where as if you get something so your graphics card won't be the bottleneck it'll perform worse because you won't have a good CPU propping up the graphics card. Do you get this? Never downgrade to remove a bottleneck, it'll only make things worse. If anything, you should get the i3, then save up and get a 125$ GTX650Ti.

I think you should take the option I gave you as it will benefit you later on.

You can later upgrade to an i5 quadcore, adding one of G.SKILL Ripjaws X 4GB 1600 CL9 and then a gpu upgrade.

but if you want to say with remaining system, then add a second so that you have 4GB or more. you have a S775 but I can't any pc that supports so you will need to tell which homepages or what local store can offer them for which prices.
