Hybrid HDD vs SDD + HDD?

Okay i'm on a tight budget. Being a 17 year old pizza maker we don't make much money. So out of curiosity would it fast enough to get an hybrid hdd? Or should i just get a 65gb ssd for the os and then a hdd for my storage? If so what is a good QUIET SDD+ HDD or a fast and quiet hybrid hdd? Thank you for the help. Also if it helps i was at first not even getting an SSD just because of money purposes.

I would not suggest a 65GB SSD as you will run out of space more quickly than you think. Plus you need to leave a certain amount of free space (10-20%) on the drive to get the best performance. A hybrid may be your best choice for the money but since I have no experience with them I can't recommend a particular brand or model.
