First ill start off with my rig

NZXT Gamma case
650w gold seasonic PSU
ECS P67H2A2 (ivy bridge bios update)
intel i5 3570k PCU
Cooler master hyper evo cooler
2x powercolor 7870 Tahiti le (crossfire)
12 Gigs DDR3 1333mhz ram
side 120mm fan on case facing gpus

Now let me start off by saying I've tried to overclock before but don't think I did it right. In my bios MIB X (I think) or in CPU configuration there is one top option to adjust and It's at '34' now I wanna change.it to 40 (4.0ghz) And things like my pc will always turn on after 3 boot attempts to it working and eventually blue screening. I'm afraid to even touch voltage and still have no idea what I'm doing. So I left that at the default and eventually got a 2nd powercolor gpu of the same, so I go into CCC overdrive and there's a first bar that I think goes up to 1500 I think, the 2nd bar I think the memory clock? This will eventually blue screen. You shouldn't adjust really according to toms review. Although I tried adjusting up like 2-5 Notches. Sorry I don't have it in front of me to look at the names of the first options in CCC overdrive. Any help is greatly.appreciated!
