Which Graphics Card would best suit me out of these 5 graphics cards?

Hi i would really appreciate some advice regarding what gragics card is best for me, The cards i been looking at are as follows...

XFX Radeon HD 7970 3gb Black Edition.

Sapphire VAPOR-X HD 7970 - GHz Edition 3gb.

Sapphire VAPOR-X HD 7970 - GHz Edition 6gb.

Zotac GeForce GTX 670 2GB Graphics Card AMP! Edition.

KFA2 GeForce GTX 680 LTD OC White Edition 2GB

The KFA2 Graphics card got really impressive benchmark results but the fact it has no DVI Connection and only mini H.D.M.I Connects really puts me off, Would the 6gb sapphire vapor be better than the 3gb sapphire vapor? I won't be using multi display monitors only the one but in 1920x1200 resolution, I don't really mind saving or spending a few more £'s as long as i am getting more future proof for my money. The Sapphire Vapor -X HD 7970 3gb is enough. And yes the 6gb will be better than the 3gb.
