9600gt black screen and 2 beeps

Hello. My friend gave me his old computer which is packard bell imedia x2416, quad core 2.23 GHZ q8200 and 9600gt graphics card. Now today when I got it to my house there's a black screen and two quick consecutive beeps. When I take off the graphics card the computer works fine.

Is it a bad graphics card or is it a bad PCI slot?

Bad graphics card issue bro. Change a new one. If you are not sure , you can ask your friend if he got a onboard video card and try it out first. If its still persist, means thats gonna be his bad PCI slot.

Have you switch the option on BIOS from onboard graphic to PCI? Just curious...
