I ve just finished a new built where I used an Arctic 11Pro Rev2 cooler to cool the 3350P CPU.
I used arctic cause I disliked the noise of the stock cooler (apart from that the stock cooler was fine to keep the temp at the high 20's C temperature).

When idling in my configuration I get about 32-33 C.
When running Prime95 after 20 mins the temp is reported at 59 C.
It reaches 59C within 5-6 mins, thereafter it remains at the reported temperature.

Should I be happy with my build when having the above temp readings?
I am not overclocking and I wont overclock in the future.

My case is a cooler master (Elite 344) with 1x 120mm fan at the front (intake), 1x 90mm fan at the rear (exhaust).

Power supply is top mounted and also includes a 1x 120mm fan.

Those temps are a little high. Very little though; only by about 3-5C. If you're not going to be overclocking (not that you can with that CPU), then your temps are very, very mild, and you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Yes, those temperatures are very satisfactory.
