{URGENT} Computer Wont Start

Just made my computer today and it wont start.
Specs are
PSU: Powercool Modular 450W 80+ Dual 12V V2.2 High Efficiency PSU
GPU: Asus HD Radeon 6670
Mobo: Asus M5A78L/USB3
Ram: Corsiar Vengeance 8Gb 1600MHZ
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1045T

Please help I spent ages and alot of money

Is there a case speaker (buzzer) connected to the motherboard?

do you get anything when you turn it on? fans, beeps, lights ect., are all of the power conectors pluged in?, cpu, motherboard, more info please.
