I want to play games like world of warcraft, starcraft 2, tf2 and minecraft on high settings

Will this work?

Thanks a lot!

Looks good, but can be better with just a few minor changes:

1. Get a 650W PSU from Antec, Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, or XFX.
2. Replace the CPU with either an AMD Phenom II X4 965.
3. See if you can upgrade your GPU to a HD 7870, HD 7870 XT, or GTX 660.

Thanks a lot! But if i replaced my cpu with the amd phenom II x4 965 wouldnt i have to change my motherboard?

Yes.

I can help with providing you with a build. Just need to know a few things:
1. What's your budget on the build?
2. What country do you live in? (This is only used for picking out parts from correct vendors.)
3. Do you plan to overclock?
4. Do you need an operating system?
5. Do you need peripherals? (ex: monitors, keyboards, mouse, speakers, wireless card, sound card, etc)

1. My budget was $600, but i can go as high as $700
2. I live in the United States
3. I do not wish to overclock
4. I would like widows 7 as my operating system
5. I have a mouse, keyboard, speakers, i just need a monitor, size does not matter to me
Thank you very much!

The monitor really cut your GPU budget in half.

This is over, but just tossing it out just in case. If this won't work, you can drop the GPU for a Radeon HD 7770.

Couldn't agree with ksham more. only thing i'd like to include is that an 7870xt would be something you'd want to look into . It's better to save up longer and future proof your gaming a little (even though the 787xt isnt future proof for most mmo's it is.) A 777 would work fine on ultra on wow but in raids or bg's or in main citys (on high pop) your going to see an fps drain. So if you can get a 7870 or 7870xt get it.
