AMD Cool and Quiet on or off for OC AMD FX 8120?

I have an FX 8120 CPU and I plan to overclock it by just changing the multiplier to as high as that'll take me on the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.

Should I just leave the Cool n Quiet on or should that be turned off?


Would there be any difference either way?

Also I don't want my CPU to be running at full speed all the time such as when I am just browsing or stuff like that.

And also I don't wanna have to always go into BIOS and reset the clocks back to default.


Should I leave Cool N Quiet on or off?


I am new to overclocking by the way that is why I ask all of these.
