Speculating this Office PC?

I'm thinking of overhauling my current office/productivity computer that's starting to show its age, still working after 8 years.

My budget is around $450-$500, lower is better.

I'm thinking of this to replace it:
CPU: Intel Pentium G2120
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D2V
Memory: 4GB
SSD: Kingston 64GB
HDD: WD Green 500GB
ODD: LiteOn iHAS524
Keyboard/Mouse: Gigabyte KM6000 (for 1600dpi mouse)
PSU: Xigmatek Tauro 400w
Case: Xigmatek XTK231
OS: (I already bought an OEM copy of Windows 8 Pro)

What do you think of this?

That would be a fine office build, although i would recommend a WD black instead of the green. They only run about $10 more, and you'll appreciate the performance.
