Can other processor run?

I have Intel D201GLY mobo with Celeron 1.33 GHz speed. I want to upgrade it to Pentinum 4 3.0 GHz. Can the mobo run the processor. If not tell me other compatible processor. Tell me, my email is durgeshpachghare1@gmail.com

As I can see from the specs, the CPU is soldered.
If that's the case, no upgrade possible for end-users.
