Im looking at building a new PC cooling system and im trying to find all the parts i need. After hours of research I decided to go with the Swiftech MCP655 pump however ive run into an issue. The problem is it has multiple names. This has me confused. I have found that the pump is called the Swiftech MCP655, Laing D5 Vario, and PMP-450. So far multiple searches have yielded very little results. I was unable to find a pump for sale under the name Swiftech MCP655(newegg no longer carries it). However, i have found 1 for sale under the name of Laing which was about $100. And i also found koolance selling the PMP-450 for about $75. Can someone please tell me the difference between these pumps and where i can find the cheapest one? Also, any other names for the same pump.
Feel free to give me your opinion if you think i should not go with this pump and what pump i should get instead.
Im trying to get a pump that is reliable and quiet. It will cool my cpu, gpu and potentially my ram(though that would be for cosmetic purposes).
Pump size is no issue as im using the Obsidian 900D.
Thanks
