Which Motherboard will go well with i7-3770k 3.90ghz?

I just need a suitable motherboard, fairly cheap that will run brilliantly, possible a integrated good sound card. How much i will need to spend for this?

Will you be overclocking? If not, do not get a K series CPU, pair a non-K one with a H77 or B75 chipset motherboard . If you will be doing so, get a Z77 chipset motherboard.
