Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L v2 DDR2 problem

I have two chipsets of DDR2 (800 mhz) which works on 333 mhz only on this motherboard. How to put them to 800??

Download the manual from gigabyte website. Start the PC and press the "delete" key to boot to the BIOS, in the "MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.)" section to change the RAM speed to 400mhz.
