gtx 650 1gb oc vs hd 7770

What model of this GTX 650 OC?
basically, the OC version of 650 will beat 7770, but again, we need more info here...

it's the 1gb gddr5 5 one if that helps, they didnt mention anything about "TI" version, also does overclocking lower the life span? thanks , sorry if im no much help

The OC version is from Factory, so it's safe, do not worry about life span or something like that.
Basically those cards would perform about the same, the GTX 650 OC might slightly faster, so if they offer you to swap with it then just take it..

Dont do it! 650 is little worse than 7750. OC version shouldnt be better than 7770 too. 7750 and 7770 are sweetspot for lower end cards.
