What's causing artifacts on my PC?

I have been having issues with games and sometimes when I play a video it will show small artifacts in the player only. I think I need new RAM. I'm also wondering if it could be a video card or Power supply issue.

My Build
Asus P5N-E SLI
Intel E660
Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-6400 2GB (was 2x2GB, but system crashes caused to try them 1 at a time)
Antec EA650
2 GTX260 core 216 (1 EVGA and 1 XFX)
2 WD SATA HDDs
1 SATA optical drive

I don't think I've had it crash at boot, but with both in it crashes randomly. With only one in it will usually crash at some point during gaming. Sometimes it also won't wake and has to be reset. Usually when it crashes it freezes and has to be reset.
