OK for starters i thing the video card is not enough for a nice gaming built.
If it was me choosing the components i'd rather get 8gb of ram,get a non-k processor (if you do not plan to do any serious overclocking) and remove the custom fan.

the money saved i would use to buy a better graphics card,something like a 650ti boost 2GB ;
which is a great card for the money..

yes, that's more like a good gaming build :D
couple of things to mention however:

1) the motherboard you use has a h77 chipset which is not so good in overclocking.. usually people who overclock choose Zxx motherboards like z77 or z75.... also,i know people around in here don't like msi mbos so much though i personally think they are ok but i'd still take something from ASrock or Gigabyte instead
2) again 16Gb of ram is not that necesarry, but if you like it,take it ;)

all in all it is a decent build, but what i said before applies here to:
if you have no overclocking intensions a non-k processor is not needed
if you do,then go with a Zxx mbo

If i downgraded the cpu and ram, don't you think it will put people off buying it? I am using the MSI MOBO because I'm familiar and extremely worried about getting a different one incase something isn't compatiable

The 670 is almost £150 more than the Asus 660 OC edition, Subsituting £50 of ram, and £50 doesn't equal to upgrading the GPU

I'd buy these:

no overclock @ ~£650.00 budget

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£143.59 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4-M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£66.11 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£51.50 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£46.20 @ Aria PC)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Video Card (£232.58 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Fractal Design Arc Mini MicroATX Mini Tower Case (£59.38 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply (£52.98 @ Aria PC)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer (£11.66 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £664.00
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Could've stayed within budget, but the Asus GTX 660 Ti wasn't far off so I went for it.

Wow ksham, many thinks. I am modifying your original build, D'you honestly think that people might purchase it if they saw it? :) or to word it better, more likely over my original one with the 3570k and 660
Is everything compatible also?

1) It's 1x8GB
2) No comment ;)
3) I will add it back just for you, best hope your right :p
4) Is everything compatible...?

1. 2x 4GB is better because of dual channel. Unless you're cutting corners.
2. Depends what case the customer wants. I can tell you that the Fractal Design one that I had is popular and looks great.
3. Yes; everything is compatible.

1) Okay, I'll upgrade the ram to 2x4GB DDR 1333mhz.
2) I will be building then selling on sites such as; Ebay. Wouldn't you agree that people look for neon bright lights and cool colours. Also I have this case and it is made very well, not flimsy. And brilliant cable management storage
3) Also could you link me to some decent 2x4GB 1333mhz ram. Idealy £40.00 or less
Your help is very much appreciated, many thanks

So that'll be £650 in total to build, does £700/£750 sound reasonable price to you?

No. The point is to make a profit. Users don't care how much effort or what you put in it. They want results. You can spend more money and make a fancy build and charge more, but that's less attractive to the customer.

1) Your point earlier you was trying to make was:
No matter if its a low end budget pc, or a ultra high spec gaming pc. As long as it performs well, there will always be profit? Is that what you was trying to say...
2)if the build costs £650 how much roughly would you
Suggest if it's a pretty decent/good build?

No; that is not. It really depends on your audience. If most people are looking for a gaming build, then it's great. If not, then you don't have to spend so much money on a video card.

And yes, it's a good build.
