Strange squares on browser

Hi, I've recently noticed strange squares on my monitor whenever I surf the websites. It happens occasionally and it can appear on the side of the browser sometimes.I'm using Firefox as my website. I've circled it in red. The link is below. Can anyone tell me how do I get rid of it? Thanks.
