Is a core I7 930 @ 3.8ghz a bottleneck for a single GTX 780? I play at 1920x1080 everything on ultra, just thinking about upgrading my old gtx 580. further are an 160gb ssd, x-fi fatality, bigfoot killer nic 2100, 12gb ram and 2 raptors 600gb in raid 0 on a X58 UD 7 gigabyte mobo.

Well its meant to be Titan-esque speeds. It certainly won't bottleneck, but for something that fast it would be better with a faster CPU. In CPU dependent games your CPU will top out before the card can do any of the heavy lifting.

Just overclock it some if you can.

That is an overclock. It will at times, but all CPU's sometimes bottleneck. That is about the same speed as most new i5/i7 CPU's at stock clocks.
