Is power requirement of FX 8320 and FX 8350 same???

Depends if FX 8320 is FX 8320 or faulty FX8350... But FX 8350 at stock speeds should eat a bit more W but the difference is minimal... But if you OC 8320 and 8350 to 4.5 GHz, 8320 will eat more power...
