what is the maximum stable overcloking configuration of GTX560. Anyone experienced their GTX560 with a stable overclocking configuration please share with me..

There isn't just a max stable overclock. Just keep going until it gets unstable for you, that's the best advice I can give. If you want higher performance still, up the voltage a little and monitor the temps. My old 560ti went from 850 mhz to 999 stable for comparison.

I used Zotac fire storm to increased the GPU clock to 900MHz and by doing that shader clock automatically increased to 1800MHz. By this setting it ran fine. Now I increased the memory clock to 1500 and artifacts came and pc hanged. After rebooting card was set to default settings & then I played crysis3 for 1hour. But I'm worried from then by seeing those artifacts and hanging of PC, do you think I damage the card by anyhow??

My graphics card board maker is Zotac. so using zotac fire storm.

It doesn't matter which software you use. MSI afterburner works pretty well though. All artifacting means is that you have an unstable overclock. You need to up the voltage or down the clock.
