Do I have to flash my BIOS?

Hey guys I have built a new computer and first computer and wondering if I have to flash my BIOS?

I have old keyboard & mouse that's is both PS2 connector and I can only connect one PS2 so I tried to connect my keyboard but I think
That the keyboard is broken and tried to enter BIOS but couldn't because I think few buttons are broken on keyboard.

There is this a link I found on the asus website that has my motherboard & Procceser FX-8350, do I have to flash my bios ?

The link you provide is to the ASUS Sabertooth 990FX. If this is your motherboard, then I'm finding conflicting data. A search of the ASUS web site shows that your motherboard will only support the FX-8350 with BIOS version 1604 (non-beta). If your BIOS version is earlier than this, then yes, you need to update the BIOS:

Ok. Based on that, if you currently have a BIOS earlier than version 1006, then yes. You need to update your BIOS:
