Corsair Modular TX650M OR Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 620w

I am going to buy a power supply and I am confused between these two PSU can you suggest me which one should I buy...? I am thinking of getting Cooler master Silent Pro M2 620W because I am not satisfied with Corsair TX650 Zero RPM Fan mode which you can see in the product link down below.

(Here is the comparison of these power supply on newegg.com, but newegg store does not have a Corsair TX650 Modular so in comparison the Corsair PSU is non Modular version.)

the cooler master is a good PSU. I'd give a slight nod to the corsiar but either will power any single video card on the market and run some in SLI/CF. why don't you like the zero RPM fan mode?

I don't hate or like the zero RPM fan mode.I am just not satisfied with it.I have read that on (50%+) load the fan does not spin, there is a burning smell too and some said fan is noisy.
This is my reason what do you think about Corsair ...?

i've used that PSU (plus a similar platform in another build) and I know for a fact the fan spins at 50%, it's not noisy, and there is no burning smell

So what do u think corsair tx650m would be better or cooler master silent pro m2 620w from price, molex connectors and 12 rails amp corsair is better.That what i think..!!!!
