Corsair TX 850 info.

We all know about the TX850 V2 PSU since there are so many reviews out about it. What i wanted to ask is that the new TX850 Power supply of Corsair is not exactly the V2 (model CMPSU-850TXV2) which is made by Seasonic. It is the model CP-9020043, which is made by Chicony Power. While there are plenty of reviews about the previous one, i cant find anything about the newer one.
Does anyone have any information about it? Is it as good as the V2? Is Chicony a good company that can be trusted?

I can't speak for Chicony in general being a good or bad company, but the TX 850 (non-V2) is a solid PSU.
