What Are the steps I do after cloning my hard drive?

So I have just finished cloning for my new hard drive. Is it safe to take out the old one and replace it to the new one? Also how do I boot up the computer after I have replaced the old one Or is that going to be a problem?

turn off pc, remove the old hdd, install the new hdd, boot up andmake sure all is good. Keep the old drive around a few weeks 'just in case'.

I suggest you plug the new one into the SAME mobo SATA port as the old one. Your BIOS remembers where to find its boot devices by the particular mobo port it was told to use. So putting the clone on the same port makes it all easy.
