The motherboard is lga 1155 but haswell is 1150. so mobo and cpu are not compatible.
the psu is a bit overkill but otherwise a good brand.
You do need a titan or 690 to play LOL or Tanki. But if you have money to spend, get a 780. it is coming out may 23 and is basically a titan with a few cores knocked off. It is more than enough for your games. Especially since you are gaming 1080p. 24 gb of ram? WTF?
I'd like to know why you have 24 giggs of ram.

wow... ok
well the titan is a better card than the 690, especially for smaller cases
your entire computer is absolutely killer. It would be wonderful for graphics designers.
Yes your PSU is compatible, it's just ATX plugs into the ATX motherboard
however... you absolutely should not make this computer if you're only going to play League of Legends on it. Even games like Starcraft II and Tomb Raider don't really need all the power u have on your computer. You're just overspending and you'll be sorry when you look at your electricity bill.
other then that, everything seems to be compatible... however i don't think the haswell CPUs will be compatible with socket LGA 1155 mobos

new build:
CPU: Haswell (free)

GPU: GTX 690 ($1000)
Case: Cooler Master Haf X w/ SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ($180)

Motherboard (modify for extra RAM and other things) : ASUS Maximus V Formula/Assassins C3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard with Gaming Bundle ($300)
Monitor: Asus VG278H 27-Inch 3D Full-HD LED Monitor with Integrated Stereo Speakers ($530)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance (24 gb total) ($210)
PLEASE help me decide

The 690 is faster, for now. I'd imagine driver improvements in the future would make the Titan eventually equal or exceed the 690, the 690/680 is pretty mature and won't get a whole tonne faster. Maybe.

Put simply, the 690 is faster in a best case scenario, but there will be times when SLI won't work as it should and the Titan will be faster. Me personally would have a Titan. Something to bear in mind however is that a used 690 can be had for half the price of a new Titan.

Either way you cant go wrong because they both have FUCKING GLOWING LOGOS.

It really depends on what you will be doing. Titan is better for high res and multiple screen and video/ photo editing.
Not all games are optimized for sli. so in some cases titan is faster and in some cases 690 is faster. I will have to say the 6 gb vram makes titan more future proof especially for 1080p. But i was going to buy the titan but i found out the 780 was coming out soon. It will be very similar in performance, look the same, and cost a whole lot less. Because of the lower price and similar performance i was able to fit a 1440p monitor in my budget which is a huge bonus.

WHat case? depends on you. full tower or mid tower is reccomended for best performance.
Cooler? u mean cpu cooler? if so, you may want one if you want to overclock.
I would reccomend air cooling as i cant even imagine putting liquids into an expensive system like that.
