Prints test page everytime

I have a HP PSC 1500 printer? I cannot turn it on without a test page printing, How do I stop this from happening each and everytime I turn it on?

I suspect the page is a calibration page. If so you need to allow it to print and then place it face down on the scanner bed and press the scan button, the printer will then complete the calibration and you should not have to do this again until the next time you replace a cartridge.
Note that if either cartridge is not printing correctly the calibration may fail so you need to have good working cartridges for the process to complete.
