How to change resolution to 1366x768? (native is 720p)

I just bought a new 32" LED HDTV from AKARI
manuals says the native resolution is 1366x768
but windows 7 recommended (native) resolution is 1280x720
when i changed it to 1366, TV becomes blur, and there are black bars on the top and bottom of the screen
i use nvidia control panel v.7.1
Ge Force GT 220 with VGA connected to lcd and hdmi connected to TV
please help

AMD Phenom II x2 555 3.2Ghz
2Gb RAM

it looks blur, like 640x480 resolution on 1024x768 screen

when i changed it to 1366x768, screen automatically changes it to 1440x900
i have no idea
