I recently purchased a new graphics card, and when im gaming it works fine, but when I'm on the desktop, or browsing the interweb, the screen will violently flicker.. I've read tuts on how to fix it, but they suggested OC it to 900mhz, my max is 600mhz on this card.
Others were to change the low temperature in a profile made by CCC.
Unfortunately, they upgraded software from CCC, its now AMD Vision Engine Control Center, and the guides are outdated..
I really dont wanna dish out the extra cash and get a new card, is there a way to fix this screen flickering?
