You might want to upgrade your power supply. 420 watts is not enough.

At 1024x768 you'll be fine playing BF3 and GTA on max.

Will it play games for more than 5 years? That depends on how much stress you put on it. Overclocking, and especially increasing the voltage will decrease the life of your card.
I doubt that a 660 will be playing 2018's latest games on max graphics settings. The card itself might last 5 more years, but you should consider upgrading after that long.

You should get a 500w psu. I don't think you should be getting that card for 768p, you should try to go 1080p or at least 900p. I feel like you would just be wasting the power of the card. Also, I don't know if I am the only one, but I don't trust EVGA at all. Of the 5 cards I have owned, 3 have broken within months of me owning it. Does anyone notice how the only thing people talk about is their great customer service? Not overclocking, not fans, not reliability. I don't know about you, but I would rather have a card that has no problems than a company that will replace my card fast when it breaks in 2 months. Also, did you really need to put that much in caps?
