Forum post times

Are the post times based on the time you start the reply or when you actually post the reply? I assumed the latter but I have had threads that I have answered and when I go back later there are additional people ahead of me.

They are based on when you actually post the reply. That seems odd. Could you give me an example of a thread on which that happened?

When I made my post, Jack's didn't show up. I was the only one that had suggested a build. It could just be my browser and the way it is handling the cache.

I would tend to think its a caching issue. The posts are definitely in the order they were actually posted, not when you started writing.
