It is very strange that I cannot see any error or critical event on system event log. It give kernal-general 13 Operating System Shutdown like shutdown normally. An no other given when I power on computer again. I can normally restart Windows now so what is the problem cause?

What version is your Windows OS?
If it is RC version, that is a trial version and does disable certain features until a certain time has passed until it then no longer will boot to desktop.

Have you replaced any hardware recently and if so, did you up the PSU to provide the extra watts for it?
What hardware (and motherboard, PSU) do you actually have with this rig?
Make/ Model, all details.
