I have a very similar computer to that

I would only use the Asrock mb if you will use 2 graphics cards . Other than that its not as good a board as the ASUS M5A97 R2.0

The hard drive you have listed is a 2.5 inch model for a laptop . Use a 3.5 inch drive . Even a WD blue will be faster

The FX 6300 runs reasonably cool . I would suggest you check out reviews of the H60 before buying it . A good air cooler is going to be cheaper , quieter , and give you just as good overclocks
