GTX 650ti Boost vs Radeon HD 7850

depends on the price... depending on from where you are from, the difference could be significant. for me the ti boost is a steal (the 1gb edition)...

the gtx 650 ti boost is slightly faster than the hd 7850 (5%) but the hd 7850 overclocks very well. Get which is cheaper.

The 650ti boost a great card especially considering the $150 price tag, but for performance it's still a budget card. The higher end cards start in the 660/7870 XT area.

keep in mind that unless your running a 1080p monitor, a single gig 7850 will perform just as well and will cost about $155, right in the same area as the 650ti boost.

Guys I'm right now between EVGA GTX 650 Ti Boost SC 2gb and Sapphire HD 7850 1GB (Same price). Which one would you choose? I have a 1360x768 monitor, but I'm thinking about buying a 1080p one. Paired with i5 3570, btw

i would go with the 7850. its a beast at overclocking and to me the 650 ti boost is kinda a gimmick. its like a 660 with disabled cores....

the sapphire is great with dual fans as well
