So I'm building a new system, and confused which motherboard to get, I'm getting them almost at the same price

ASUS Maximus V Gene
http://www.asus.com/ROG_ROG/MAXIMUS_V_GENE/

or

MSI Z77A-G65 Gaming

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Z77A-GD65-GAMING.html

Basically I'm getting an i5-3570k and I'm going to overclock it to 4.5-4.7GHz (don't worry I know what I'm doing and I'm getting a pretty decent cooler)

HyperX 2400MHz 8GB RAM
GTX 660

so my question which one is better for gaming, and will I be able to get lower stable voltages on one? if not I think I'm going with the MSI because it has more features and it's full ATX

thanks in advance

ASUS Maximus V Gene would be outperform MSI Z77A-G65 Gaming but MSI more energy efficient than Asus making the board overcloking more even low voltage. Depend on your preference, either of these will suit you, i'm not trying to promote Msi, if you choose msi and yes you want to save more electricity, Msi Mpower will be the choice.
