Customizing it from IronSide Computers

I cannot self-build.

My budget is a max of £2000

Okay well based on your choices they offer I only have a couple things you should change:

Don't select: Overclocking Processor - Overclock Processor to Max Speed up to 70%
Go with the free 10% upgrade, the Hyper Evo 212 is only for mild overclocks, and they probably are going to leave the voltage on auto. If anything you can overclock manually yourself, it's a matter of a couple clicks in Bios/UEFI by changing the multiplier which anyone can do easily.

You don't need 16GB of ram, 8Gb is more than adequate for a gaming PC.

Get one SSD and a mechanical hard drive for data/games.

650 watts is more than enough.

Hard drive cooling, shouldn't need that.

Everything else is fine overall unless I missed something in the wall of text. :D
